Mar, 20, 2012 | Creativity |  Katie Stephens The day after St. Patrick’s Day was beautiful sunny, and HOT. My boyfriend, his friend and I decided to make a trip over to the family’s farm for some trap shooting. Â At this time of year, the very start of spring, there’s something beautiful about the contrast between the brown, nearly dead grass and the bright blue sky. Â Inspired by my instagram app, I snapped a few pictures of images on the farm that most people would just walk right past and never think twice about. Â The antiqued filter gives these photos an aged, vintage look, which is in keeping with the subject matter. Â It just goes to show, inspiration can come from anywhere, at anytime! Â I guess it’s a good thing we can take pictures with our phones now right?
