The day after St. Patrick’s Day was beautiful sunny, and HOT. My boyfriend, his friend and I decided to make a trip over to the family’s farm for some trap shooting.  At this time of year, the very start of spring, there’s something beautiful about the contrast between the brown, nearly dead grass and the bright blue sky.  Inspired by my instagram app, I snapped a few pictures of images on the farm that most people would just walk right past and never think twice about.  The antiqued filter gives these photos an aged, vintage look, which is in keeping with the subject matter.  It just goes to show, inspiration can come from anywhere, at anytime!  I guess it’s a good thing we can take pictures with our phones now right?
